Our construction partners collaborate with clients and their design teams, managing every element of a contract from programme to cost.
SMARTE EAST delivers projects in a transparent, collaborative and mutually beneficial manner and to facilitate this risk sharing an NEC3 form of contract is the preferred procurement method.

PROJECT MANAGEMENT
SMARTE EAST is able to offer Project Management services through our single framework provider Mace.
Mace are known for their successful project management of property and construction schemes, large and small and were awarded ‘Project Management/Construction Management Firm of the Year’ in the Building Awards 2008.
SMARTE EAST awarded the framework to Mace because of their proven success in providing a consistent delivery of projects along with establishing solid client relationships.
