It will be the responsibility of the Project Manager to complete the Report Stages in accordance with this process however it will be an important request that the design team and contractor provide their appropriate information to help in this process in a timely manner.

Initially design teams and contractors will be asked to simply submit this data to provide baseline criteria, however as the framework matures there will be the opportunity to benchmark the environmental impact of SMARTE EAST against projects nationally.
Additionally SMARTE EAST will record information on whether:
- Settlement of final account is within three months of practical completion
- All defects identified during defects correction period are resolved
