| Epping Projects lead the way |
| Responding to the Government's efficiency agenda and the James Review, Essex County Council is using the Smarte East Framework to expand three primary schools in Epping, Essex. The three projects have been grouped together in order to achieve standardisation and economies of scale and is proving to be an efficient way of solving Essex County Councils’ basic need challenges. The projects are currently at scheme design stage with the planning application expected in October. Lakehouse Contracts were awarded the project following a mini competition process. The schemes are due for completion in September 2012. |
